Yoga is not exclusive it is available for everyone, it offers tremendous potential to unlock limitations both physically and mentally.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices for people with health challenges. A yoga therapy session is a personalized one-on-one session where I utilize the teachings and techniques of yoga in conjunction with my experience in therapeutic massage and injury prevention. Together through practice, we will cultivate a deeper understanding of the physiology and anatomy of the body in order to address the specific health challenge or injury you are working with. You do NOT need to have previous experience in yoga to partake in a yoga therapy session. Because of the completely individualized nature of the session, we will immediately begin taking effective steps towards your healing. You will also return home with a plan and a set of prescribed postures and exercises to incorporate into your routine.
Private Yoga Sessions
Having the experience of a private individualized yoga practice is always a treat. It is a comfortable and effective way to make the most of your practice time. Whether you are completely new to yoga or a more seasoned practitioner who wants to grow beyond a plateau, a one-on-one private session will help you unlock some of what may be holding you back. Private yoga instruction can also be arranged for groups, it is a wonderful way to team build and promote the importance of well-being or begin a special day.
Public & Group Classes
Attending public and group classes is an excellent way to participate in the energy generated from like-minded seekers. My public classes are energetic, fun and allow ample space for personal introspection and growth. Class styles in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Bikram methods are available.
